American Public Dialogue is a Jacksonville, Florida based research firm specializing in services relating to public opinion, research, strategy, and planning. Founded in 1989 through the acquisition of Libby Research, ATS Research set the standard in Florida and Georgia for accuracy and objectivity in opinion, economic, and demographic research. 
In January 1991, the firm was purchased by its employees, renamed Populus and became a leading force in opinion research and public policy making in Florida. The firm's business has grown steadily to the point where national and international research exceed that conducted in Florida. Reflecting this expansion, the firm was renamed American Public Dialogue in 1997.
